Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is a member-owned agency that operates under a Joint Powers Agreement authorized by the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration.  Our members include two-year colleges, universities, charter schools, state schools, BIA institutions, and all of New Mexico's public school districts.
