Technical Assistance Program (TAP)
The Technical Assistance Program (TAP), established in Spring 2015 and funded by NMPSIA in partnership with CES provides complimentary services designed to reduce Special Education-related litigation and support to educators statewide.
TAP consultants stay current on legal developments, Special Education trends, guidance from NMPED and “Individuals with Disabilities Education Act” (IDEA).
