Steps to Become a CES Vendor

  1. Step 1: Register

    Register as a vendor in the CES eProcurement System.

    1. Go to the CES eProcurement System: https://eprocurement.ces.org/
    2. Click on Click here to register to register your company.
    3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for the eProcurement System.
    4. Set up your company's information.
    5. Select ALL the commodity codes that your company provides. CES will electronically notify you of RFPs that match your selections when posted.
    6. Select any Socio-Economic Indicators that apply. If none apply, click Submit and Continue Registration.
    7. Review & Submit.
    8. Amazing CES staff will process your request within 24 hrs.
    9. Upon approval, you will receive an email from bids@ces.org to create your username and password.

    Note: You are not an Awarded Vendor at this stage. Continue to the next step, Respond.

  2. Step 2: Respond

    Respond to a specific RFP that matches the products and services your company offers.

    1. Login with the same username and password you created.
    2. Click on New Solicitations. Under My Invitations you will find open solicitations aligned to the commodity codes you chose. (Other Opportunities will show all open RFPs.)
    3. Click on the solicitation number, indicate if you plan to respond, then complete and submit the proposal.
  3. Step 3: Award

    Potentially earn a contract award through CES.

    1. After your proposal has been submitted, it will be evaluated.
    2. If your proposal receives a minimum score or above, it results in a recommendation for an award.
    3. Notification of vendors awarded will be sent to all Offerors.
    4. Contracts for signature and next steps will follow to awarded vendors.
