Ancillary Web Portal Training Module

Below you will find a brief training module to help you through the process of managing your time.  As we add new features and functions to the Ancillary Timesheet application, we will be updating the training module as well.

The process should be straight-forward but if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

HR Trainings

1.   Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect (This training is mandatory for all CES staff)

This training will not open correctly in certain web browsers. If you open the link and words seem to be cut off or nothing is listed, please try opening it in a different web browser. You should put your name in at the beginning of the training. Please print the certificate at the end by clicking the blue “Printable Certificate” button in the top right at the end of the training. 

2.   POMs & Associates Trainings

(These trainings are mandatory for all CES Staff each year, not just new hires) Click HERE to access the Bloodborne Pathogens and Preventing Sexual Harassment Trainings. Enter the email address CES has on file for you. Your password will be “Password1” but you will be prompted to change it upon log in.

If you are experiencing difficulties with the actual trainings, once you successfully log in:

  • The first course of action is to run the browser check tool. This will help you diagnose and fix the issues you are having. (If you have a Mac computer, you will probably need to use Firefox web browser to access the trainings)
  • Check to make sure your pop-up blocker if either off or allowing pop-ups from the trainings’ web address.
  • Lastly, if you are still experiencing problems after trying steps 1-2, please call the following support number: 1-866-754-5435.

Functional Behavior Assessment & Behavior Intervention Plans (Recorded Webinar from TAP): David D’Antonio gives the FBA and BIP, giving insight into identifying target behavior, data collection and analysis leading to the function of the behavior, strategies to prevent the problem behavior, deciding on and providing reinforcement for the replacement behavior, and crisis plans.

Transition Planning for Student Success; Compliance and Indicator 13 (Recorded Webinar from TAP): Marilyn D’Ottavio discusses IDEA transition requirements, assessments, service plans, compliance, and more.
